Both passionate about good food, and Marie-Lou having grown up with spices since childhood with her mother who worked with them for 15 years, they had the desire to bring spices and all their diversity back into fashion by offering small sachets containing the right amount of a spice blend ready to enhance a particular recipe. Sourced from small producers or cooperatives all over the world, quality is clearly the watchword for Charles and Marie-Lou, who meticulously select their spices.
