DELIVERY AND RETURNS
1. When your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email.
2. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your invoice and an email with your tracking information.
3. To track the delivery of your order, we invite you to visit the website of our partner Colissimo.
4. You will receive your order, within an estimated time of 4 working days (weekends and holidays excluded) after shipment for Metropolitan France.
We inform you that anyone present at your address will be able to collect your package but it is not possible to deliver it to another address.
In case of absence, you will receive an email notification inviting you to pick up your order at the collection point.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
Shipping costs and delivery zones :
Shipping costs for all orders are free in Metropolitan France and Monaco, and vary from 4 to 10 euros for : Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
We do not currently deliver elsewhere but you can contact us at email@example.com.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Before ordering, if you have any doubt about which perfume to choose, write us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we are here to advise you! In any case, if you order a 30ml perfume, you will receive the sample so that you can smell it before opening it.
Before proceeding to a return we invite you to check that you meet the following conditions:
- You received your order less than 14 days ago.
- Your product has not been opened.
- Your product is still in its original condition and packaging.
If you find that one of your products has a defect or has arrived damaged, we invite you to follow the return process below.
Once your order has been delivered to your home we accept returns (unopened perfumes) for 14 days, simply write to us at email@example.com and we will send you the address to which to return it at your expense. If you bought your perfume during an offer, from which you would have benefited, we will ask you to return the entire package (including the gift received).
1. Send us an email with the reason for the return.
2. We will send you the return address.
3. Prepare your package, taking great care to protect it in the packaging.
4. Then stick your return label on your package at your expense.
5. Go to the post office to deposit your parcel.
In case of doubt, contact our customer service so that they can accompany you in the return process.
Refunds are made upon receipt of your package.
Once your refund has been made, you will receive a confirmation by email. You will be able to view your refund directly on your bank account linked to the means of payment used for the order within a few days, depending on your bank.
CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGES
If you wish to cancel your order after validating your payment, we invite you to contact us to assist you in this process. Please note, however, that the cancellation of your order is no longer possible after it has been shipped.
It is not possible for us to exchange products on our site. In this case, you will have to follow the return procedure and then place a new order.
In the case of a defective or damaged product, you can follow the return procedure by stipulating the corresponding reason for receiving a new copy of the product.
