Smell it before you open it! We include a sample of the 30ml perfume you ordered with every purchase, so you can smell it before opening it. If you don't like it, you can return the product to us (at your expense) and we will refund you.

Yes, you must return your product within 14 days of receiving your order, and the product must be intact. To find out all our return conditions and the address to send your perfume to, please visit the Delivery and Returns page under the section "Right of withdrawal and product returns".

The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original order, within 14 days from the date we received the products (provided you returned the products to us within 14 days of delivery or the date you notified us of your right of withdrawal).

If you wish to return an item and request a refund for an order that included a gift, we unfortunately ask that you also return the gift. We are still a young company and unfortunately cannot yet afford to let you keep it :)
