In this episode, we welcome Amandine VanHaecke, co-founder of Fleurivore, a unique young Parisian flower shop.
Fleurivore offers bouquets of edible flowers, and every week, Amandine and Blanche, her associate, create a new bouquet for you to devour! Amandine and Blanche met in an advertising agency and quickly realized they needed to create something together. Fleurivore was born in 2018, and they began to fill our plates with their delicious edible flowers! And, of course, edible flowers mean wild-harvested or untreated, local, and seasonal, delivered by bicycle or electric scooter throughout Paris.
