Marie was a journalist when one day she returned to Domaine de Mazet, a family property full of fantastic plants, and became aware of their power and benefits… It was then that she met Alexis Vaillant, founder of AlterFood, and they had the idea of making organic infusions from medicinal plants from the Domaine. Now available at La Grande Épicerie and in major stores, you may have discovered Infusion during the Alterfood Lab at Galeries Lafayettes Gourmet in Paris.
