LE PODCAST OLFACTIF - Episode 3 - Amandine Maziers, fondatrice de Haut les coeurs

In this first Brussels episode, we welcome Amandine Maziers, founder of HAUT LES CŒURS.
Haut les coeurs is a flower merchant that offers the bouquet of the week every Friday, available for online order and delivered by bicycle throughout Brussels. They also and above all specialize in bouquets made from organic, local, and seasonal flowers.
Amandine had always wanted to pursue multiple careers in her life, and as she approached her forties, she made a decision: she would leave her journalism career to embark on a whole new adventure—flowers. It was then that, full of poetry and creativity, the HAUT LES CŒURS project took shape in her mind.
This conversation takes place in Brussels, and with Amandine, we talked about olfactory experiences, flowers whose existence we don't necessarily know about, but also aromatic plants, childhood memories, and her life change. Enjoy the episode!
