In this episode, we welcome our third Belgian guest (yes, I'm quite proud of that), namely Camille Gersdorff, owner of the superb establishment Les Tilleuls in Étretat, a completely renovated former private mansion from 1738 located 300 meters from the cliffs...
Having grown up in a hotel and gastronomic environment through her family, Camille first traveled extensively and settled in major cities such as New York, Paris, and London, initially creating her "Pépite" guides of good addresses, including one for Paris and the latest on Brussels released last September... It was then that last March, she accepted what is now her biggest project, to be at the helm of her hotel, Les Tilleuls.
Together, we talked about this fantastic place, Étretat and its new habits, of course, her childhood in her father's kitchen, the Belgian countryside, but also, of course... smells! Enjoy the episode!
